About

Mother Lode Management works with a focused roster of artists, with a strong emphasis on artist development.

I’ve spent most of my career in the music business, including time at APA (now IAG), The Collective, Oak Records, and Tracy McKnight Music Supervision, with experience across touring, artist management, and the record-label side of the business.

I work closely with artists on the music, the live show, release strategy, touring, marketing, and the people they bring onto their team. A lot of it comes down to understanding what’s already working, what could be better, and where the artist should be putting their energy.

Artist development has always been one of the parts of the business I enjoy most. I’m not interested in imposing an image or telling an artist who they should be. I want to help them become the strongest and most complete version of who they already are.

That doesn’t mean I don’t have opinions. I do, and there’s a reason behind them. Good management means knowing when to push, when to question something, and when to get out of the way.

I keep the roster focused because I want the time to actually do that.
