They do not create an artist-management, booking, production, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Mother Lode Management. Any professional relationship with Mother Lode Management or an artist, producer, studio, or other party represented or referenced on the Website is governed by a separate written agreement, if one exists.
2. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, logos, design elements, graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Mother Lode Management, its represented artists, producers, studios, or other licensors. You may view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, exploit, or create derivative works from Website content without permission from the applicable rights holder.
3. Unsolicited Submissions

Submitting materials does not transfer ownership of your materials to Mother Lode Management.
